Ours is an entrepreneur started in the year 1951 by former Chairman/Managing Director, Mr. Jinasena Ranasingeh as "Ranasinghe Brothers" and descended from ancestors Ranasinghe Construction Private Limited which counts over thirty nine years of history in the construction trade passed over to the present generation continuing business under the name "N. Ranasinghe Construction (Pvt) Limited".

We have worked under famous architects and architectural firms in the island and fulfilled their needs to the utmost satisfaction of all concerned.

We have been working relentlessly to improve the quality of human life and contribute to the development of the nation as a whole. We have taken up hi-tech civil engineering and building contracts and excelled. Our basic thrust has been to do a building work that would provide quality of life to all strata of the society thereby, meeting the needs and aspirations of all.

We, N. Ranasinghe Construction Private Limited have proven that we have the ability to build quality homes.

In addition to all these, we have also gone on to build several million square meters of commercial, office and industrial space housing.

Every building project completed to perfection by us, is a standing evidence of masterly use of hi-tech, cost effective building technologies.
